Dr. Steven Johnson
Dr. Johnson has been caring for Dale City and beyond for over 30 years with innovative yet gentle dentistry. He graduated from the Medical College of Virginia, trained at West Virginia University for his general dental practice residency, and completed ongoing education at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies.
He’s proud to work with our group of talented Dale City dentists offering a wide range of preventive, cosmetic, and restorative services to help you and your family keep smiling. Dr. Johnson welcomes you to a new kind of dental experience, one where we put your needs first while connecting you with the best available treatment options.
Dr. Deepak Wararh (Dr. Dee)
Dr. Dee earned her undergraduate degree in Punjab, India, and moved to the United States to earn her doctor of dental surgery degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. To date, she continues to expand her expertise through continuing dental education and courses, plus her involvement in the Academy of General Dentistry as an active member.
Our Dale City Smiles dentist strives to give all her patients excellent dentistry with individualized care. She looks forward to meeting you and your family and helping you smile! In her free time, Dr. Dee loves to spend time with her loved ones, and some of her hobbies include reading and cooking for family and friends.
Dr. Michael Dong
A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Michael is glad to be back in his hometown, serving the local community. After his undergrad studies at Virginia Tech, his dentist inspired him to join the dental field. Dr. Michael then completed his doctor of dental surgery degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, followed by an advanced education general dentistry residency at the University of California in Los Angeles.
Our Woodbridge, VA dentist is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Pankey Institute, and Spear Faculty Study Club. To help our patients create more beautiful and healthy smiles, Dr. Michael expands his knowledge through ongoing education in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. In his free time, he enjoys sports, including basketball, running, and golf.
Dr. Manisha Shrestha
Dr. Shrestha, who was born and raised in Nepal, came to the United States for college and dental school. She completed her dental degree at Nova Southeastern University and earned an implant fellowship at the Triangle Dental Institute. Dr. Shrestha places and restores implants and is qualified in high-quality restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Our Dale City dentist is a member of the American Dental AssociationLearn more about ADA and combines general dentistry with comprehensive treatment planning to help give you the best results. Outside of the office, Dr. Shrestha enjoys being with family, taking scenic hikes or walks, city strolling with her dog, and reading books. She also likes to travel, try new cuisine, and spend time on the beach or lakeside.
Dr. Christine Do
Dr. Christine Do is a general dentist who is passionate about providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she is excited to return to the area and serve the community she grew up in. Dr. Do believes in creating a welcoming dental home where every patient feels comfortable, valued, and cared for.
Dr. Do completed her undergraduate degree, doctorate, and residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. During her advanced general dentistry residency, she provided emergency and multidisciplinary oral health care while gaining additional training in complex prosthodontics, surgery, and digital dentistry. Dr. Do remains committed to continuing education and regularly seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and stay current with the latest techniques and technology.
Outside of the office, Dr. Do enjoys staying active through Pilates, F45 workouts, running, and has even completed a full marathon. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new cuisines, and cheering on the VCU Rams!
Dr. Ji Woung Choi
Dr. Choi grew up in South Korea and moved to the US with his family when he was 17. His mom was a dental hygienist, and Dr. Choi was exposed to the field early on, hoping to one day help others as well. He earned his BS in biology/chemistry from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and his doctor of dental surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry.
His accomplishments include the Dr. Edward G. Kaufman Award for academic excellence and Dr. Harry Langa scholarship. Our dentist is Invisalign® certified, a member of the American Dental AssociationLearn more about ADA, and a fellow of the International Dental Implant AssociationLearn more about International Dental Implant Association. In his free time, Dr. Choi enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and playing tennis. A fun fact? His parents are his heroes!
